GHIA contracted Citrix, provider of GoToMeeting, a virtual conferencing internet-based tool allowing remote locations to communicate in real-time by simultaneous two-way video and audio carried over the Internet.
GoToMeeting is a software application available through a web browser and accessed by going to a URL (link) sent in advance by the meeting organizer.
The link is required for connecting remote users to the virtual "room" using a web browser. The link provided by the conference organizer downloads a piece of software, called an "Add In" that enables the browser to (a) access the local (user/attendee) audio/video resources, (b) establish a two-way connection with the virtual conference session, and (c) interact in realtime with remote presenter/atendees.
Before using GoToMeeting for the first time download and read the following short references and guides for attendees.
You may want to print the files to have them readily available for reference.
